Suture ClinicMagruder Hall, Room 298Learn how to suture with real suturing materials. Veterinarians will demonstrate and let you practice suturing on sham-wows. It's a lot of fun and educational!

The humane society saves thousands of animals each year and has a large, state-of-the-art hospital with several full-time staff.  Email Jenny at hawkinsj@onid.oregonstate.edu to sign-up for the tour!

 Ohio State University

Columbus, Ohio
Four OSU PVMA members are attending the APVMA National Symposium this year. The symposium consists of wet labs and lectures all about veterinary medicine. Members who are interested should plan ahead for next year's symposium!

Midge Cramer Path
Check-in at 9 a.m. Race begins at 9:30 a.m.

The run starts at the South Parking Lot; route goes through Midge Cramer Path and ends back at the fairgrounds (trail will be marked). The course is 3.2 miles long.

Registration is $20/person or $15/person if you pre-register. You will receive a free t-shirt with pre-registration. Dogs run for free.

Bowling NightOSU Memorial Union Bowling AlleyA fun event to get to know other members of the PVMA! Only due-paying members are allowed entry, so be sure to either pay beforehand or bring your dues to pay at the door.  Dues are $40/year or $15/term.

 TBA: Week 1 or 2 of Winter Term Secret Participation Event!It's a secret!  All members who submit 15+ volunteer hours for Fall Term (you can include what you did over the summer!) will be invited to a secret participation event organized by our Participation Coordinator! These activities are sometimes animal-related, but are typically just fun events meant to reward our members and bring our members closer together!
